Individual physician profiles, including training, hospital affiliations and clinical interests, are to be supplied and approved by each physician before publication. Until then this page carries only the name, credentials and CPSO number confirmed in writing by the practice.

Verifying a registration
Every physician above holds a certificate of registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. The CPSO number listed beside each name can be entered on the College's public register at cpso.on.ca, which shows the class of registration, the specialty recognised and any terms or conditions. We publish the numbers so that patients and referring offices can check the record for themselves.
How patients are assigned
Referrals are triaged by the practice rather than addressed to an individual physician, and a patient is booked with the physician appropriate to the condition. Please do not delay sending a referral in order to request a named physician. If there is a clinical reason for continuity with a particular physician, note it on the referral and we will accommodate it where we can.
The clinical team
The physicians are supported by nursing and phototherapy staff and by the administrative team who receive and triage referrals. The clinical team page explains what each role does.
